Guarantee. We believe we offer the best value and quality CBT in the area, and to this end, the following applies to all CBTs;

CBT completion.

Whilst the majority will, not all students complete the CBT on the first day, for a variety of reasons.

We guarantee that when you book a CBT with us, you will receive a quality, unrushed course with calm, patient instructors. Should you not reach the required standard on the first day, the first 2 hours of your return will be without charge. This is usually sufficient to complete, but if not, further hours will be charged at the usual hourly rate, up to a maximum of 2 hours. To date this year, while a couple of students have not completed on day 1, no-one has had to pay extra to complete.

* Should the course finish early due to poor weather**, your return will be entirely free of charge. The course may finish earlier if the student becomes too tired to continue, or unwell, and decides to complete another day. In this case further charges are at the usual hourly rate, up to a maximum of 3 hours charge.

** The weather conditions are outside our control. Our first priority is the safety of our students, and therefore training will have to be suspended, if, in the opinion of the instructor, it is not safe to carry on. This may vary, depending on the type of bad weather, and the known ability level of the student. The student can also choose not to continue, should they feel the weather conditions make it unsafe for them. Types of bad weather that can cause such suspension of training include (but are not exclusive to) fog, ice, snow, high winds, and torrential rain causing flooding.
